After nearly a decade working within the industry, Jo took the step onto the salon floor and joined Stonehills Hair in July 2022, progressing to the floor as a stylist in 2023 where she immediately began building a loyal and growing clientele.
Her approach to colour is what truly sets Jo apart. Having achieved a distinction in her Alfaparf Colour Master qualification in 2025, Jo combines a deep, almost scientific understanding of products with a creative eye allowing her to deliver beautifully considered, wearable results. Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly respected within the team, she’s known for her thorough consultations and her ability to map out realistic, tailored colour journeys for every client.
Jo continues to invest heavily in her development, regularly training in at the Alfaparf academy to stay current, inspired, and evolving. On the salon floor, Jo brings a calm, caring presence always aware of the bigger picture, supporting both her clients and team. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her at the gym, meal prepping like a pro, or spending time with family… usually with her very spoiled “grand-dog” close by.
