TJ joined Stonehills in January 2022, bringing with him a strong background in customer-facing roles, including time in restaurant management.
A natural people person, TJ thrives on the social side of the salon, building strong relationships with clients and creating an atmosphere that feels welcoming, relaxed, and full of energy.
He is known for his strength in client care, always focused on making guests feel comfortable, looked after, and at ease from the moment they arrive. Whether it’s a conversation, a check-in, or simply being a familiar face, clients know they can rely on TJ for whatever they need.
His approach is friendly, open, and adaptable, understanding that every guest is different and tailoring the experience accordingly. He believes a great salon experience comes from everything working seamlessly together, from the welcome through to the final goodbye.
With a confident and outgoing personality, TJ brings a strong presence to the salon. Known for his style and easy conversation, he’s often the one keeping the energy up, whether that’s chatting about sport, travel, or everyday life.
Outside of the salon, TJ enjoys the gym and running, follows sport closely, and makes time to travel whenever he can, often heading off on solo trips abroad.
