Introducing Redken’s Acidic Colour Gloss Conditioner, a multi-purpose formula that hydrates the hair and protects colour vibrancy for up to 16 washes*.
Powered by citric acid, alongside Redken’s Acidic Shine Complex, the conditioner helps defend against environmental aggressors that can contribute to fading, while providing up to 72 hours of moisture**. After use, hair feels smoother and stronger with a more luminous appearance.
How to Use:
Use as a complete regimen with the full Redken Acidic Colour Gloss system.
Step 1: Apply Acidic Colour Gloss Shampoo to wet hair, lather and rinse. The formula is sulphate-free to allow for gentle cleansing.
Step 2: After shampooing, towel-dry hair before using the Activated Glass Gloss Treatment. Apply to mid-lengths and ends and leave on for 5 minutes. Then rinse. Use weekly, starting one week after colouring services. It is recommended to wear suitable disposable gloves.
Step 3: Next apply Acidic Colour Gloss Conditioner on mid-lengths to ends to lock in moisture. Then rinse.
Step 4: Protect your colour and seal in your routine with Acidic Colour Gloss Heat Protection Leave-In Spray. Apply liberally to damp hair before styling.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately. Use the Activated Glass Gloss treatment 1 week after glosses, toners and permanent colour services. Not recommended for use after vivid semi-permanent, or temporary colour.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and can offer Standard and Express delivery options. Please note our cut off time for orders is 2pm each day and deliveries take place on working days only, which are Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays). Orders are only processed on working days. Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays).
We do not currently deliver to any areas outside of the United Kingdom.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any hair care products, including hairdryers, straighteners, hair brushes, and combs, once they have been opened or used.

If your ghd is faulty, then it is more effective and efficient for you to return the product directly to ghd. Please fill in their returns form here: https://www.ghdhair.com/help/returns in order to return it to ghd for repair or replacement.
Returns
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any goods purchased online at our Stonehills Hairdressing store without prior authorisation.
You may return any unopened, sealed and unused products which you have ordered through this website, within 14 days of delivery following the below steps. We will refund you in full for the price you paid for the products but you will be liable for any applicable delivery and return charges.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products.
If you returned the products to us because they were faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective product in full and, any applicable reasonable delivery charges you incur in returning the item to us.
Returns Process
Cancellation must be made in writing within 14 days of delivery by email to [email protected] indicating the reason for return, an email of acceptance will follow should it be in accordance with the return policy.
On acknowledgement of cancellation please follow the below steps to ensure that the goods are received by us safely:
1) Package up the items for return securely in the original packaging or other suitable protective packaging
2) Label the package with the returns address below
3) Include the packing slip and/or your name and order number inside the package to help us process your return efficiently.
4) Take to a Post Office, or suitable Courier office and obtain a confirmation of posting.
We cannot accept liability for any communication that has not reached us and it is your responsibility to ensure we have received your cancellation request in time.
