Salon Safety – Covid Reopening

Our salon is due to re-open on the 12.04.21. We want to thank our guests for their positive perseverance and patience throughout these overgrown, grey rooted, bad hair days. As always our priority is keeping you and our team safe and well. We have implemented what are the ‘new normal’ guidelines whilst maintaining our friendly environment for our guests and team to enjoy and feel safe in.

• For the time being, we will be appointment only, we may be able to accommodate walk-ins and consultations but will decide on a case by case basis whether we have the capacity.
• Please arrive on time and alone for your appointment and wait outside if you are early.
• Unfortunately, if you arrive late we may be unable to fulfil your appointment.
• Please minimise the number of personal items brought with you as they will need to be with you at all times and our cloakroom will be currently out of use.
• Sanitise stations will be dotted around the salon for use upon entering and throughout your visit.
• Every piece of equipment that your stylist may use will be cleaned before your visit. We will be cleaning equipment throughout the day between every guest for your safety.
• All our stylists will be wearing disposable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). When you arrive you’ll be asked to wear a face-covering unless you are exempt.

We’ll continue to share more about the changes we’re making, and follow any government guidelines that may be created in the coming weeks.
